Should I book online before arrival?

Yes! We strongly advise you book online before arrival to avoid disappointment. We get really busy during weekends and school holidays. Our website has real-time booking updates so you can see how many spaces are free at any time.

If I’m late for my time slot.... What happens?

We’ll always try our best to fit you in, however, if we’re extremely busy then you must make the most of the time remaining in your one hour slot. We always advise you arrive 30 minutes early to avoid disappointment.

What do I do when my children are jumping?

We have a raised viewing gallery and cafe! Please feel free to watch your children bounce whilst enjoying a drink or something to eat.

Do you have a lift?

Yes! Both our parks are accessible friendly! A ramp accesses our trampoline area, and a lift services our cafes!

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi at Boost.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we do! Feel free to store your personal belongings in our lockers. They have secure digital locks that don’t even require a coin or key. Please note: personal belongings are left at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings.

How much are the lockers?

Free! We don’t think it’s fair to charge for lockers! They use a digital code, so no need to bring change either!

Why do I have to sign a liability waiver?

You must sign a liability waiver before jumping at Boost. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of anyone under the age of 18. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A completed waiver is valid for 12 months. You can sign a waiver when you arrive at the park although we advise you complete one online at the time of booking.

What is the difference between the two waivers?

Our “Single Visit Participant Waiver – Lasts 24hrs” is designed for guardians of Children that do not wish to sign a waiver lasting 12 months. This is perfect for the guardians of children in a party or school group for example – you may happy to sign the waiver for the day of flight, but would rather not sign it for future visits of that child.

The 12 month waiver is our standard waiver designed for all other participants and their guardians!

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have allocated parking for all our guests, at Boost Leicester, please remember to register your parking at the reception area for up to 4 hours free parking.

Do we have to wear the boost socks?

Yes! Boost socks are an important part of park hygiene and the grip is great for jumping! Socks cost just £2.00 but are yours to keep for your next visit!

Do you have changing rooms?

Sadly no. If you need to change, there is space in our toilet facilities, just ask a team member for a place to change your clothes. Don’t forget, fitness wear is ‘en vogue’ so you could wear your fitness gear to the park and let the world know you’re part of the #fitfam!

Do spectators have to pay?

No! Spectators are welcome to come into our cafe and enjoy a full view of our park with a warm coffee.

What is your adult to child ratio for Minis sessions

1 Adult to 2 Children. Safety is our number one priority, and with smaller children, adult guardians play an important role in inclusive play!
