Should I book online before arrival?
Yes! We strongly advise you book online before arrival to avoid disappointment. We get really busy during weekends and school holidays. Our website has real-time booking updates so you can see how many spaces are free at any time.
If I’m late for my time slot…. What happens?
We’ll always try our best to fit you in, however, if we’re extremely busy then you must make the most of the time remaining in your one hour slot. We always advise you arrive 30 minutes early to avoid disappointment.
What do I do when my children are jumping?
We have a raised viewing gallery and café. Please feel free to watch your children bounce whilst enjoying a drink or something to eat.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi at Boost.
Do you have lockers?
Yes we do! Feel free to store your personal belongings in our lockers. They have secure digital locks that don’t even require a coin or key. Please note: personal belongings are left at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings.
Why do I have to sign a liability waiver?
You must sign a liability waiver before jumping at Boost. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of anyone under the age of 18. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A completed waiver is valid for 12 months. You can sign a waiver when you arrive at the park although we advise you complete one online at the time of booking.
Do I have to sign a liability waiver every time I visit Boost?
No. You only have to sign a waiver every 12 months.
Can I wear jewellery when jumping?
No. You must not wear any jewellery when jumping. Please remove all jewellery and store it safely before your session.
Can I use my mobile phone when jumping?
No. You must not take your mobile phone onto the jump arena. If you do, and you lose it under the trampolines or the foam pit, we will not be able to retrieve it for you.
What’s the minimum age for jumpers?
You must be 5 years or over to jump in the main jump area at Boost. There is a dedicated toddler area for jumpers of walking age to 5 years of age. Any children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
What should I wear?
Try and wear comfortable clothing such as t-shirts, shorts or tracksuit bottoms/leggings. Please do not wear belt buckles or any clothes with studs. You will not be allowed to wear these when jumping.
Why must I wear Boost Socks?
Boost anti-slip socks are mandatory for anyone jumping at the park. They have anti-slip dimples on the sole to ensure you don’t slip. You will not be allowed to wear jump socks from other parks.
Is there wheelchair access at Boost?
Yes. We have disabled parking and wheelchair access.
