Boost Fitness

Boost Fitness is a great new way to get fit while having fun!

For just £7.50, you get a full hour of low impact / high intensity, fat-burning bounce routines. After just a few sessions, you’ll notice the change. Less flab – more muscle. You’ll feel brighter and sharper – more alert, more ‘on-the-ball’.

MONDAY 7-8pm – Boost Cardio
Get Jumpin’ Jumpin’ with this entirely ‘trampoline based’ fitness class that puts smiles on faces. You’ll have so much fun, you won’t realise you’re exercising!

TUESDAY 7-8pm – Boost Crazy Cardio

Try our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Advanced Cardio workout to music – the perfect way to have a great time while working to your maximum. HIIT burns more calories than low/medium-intensity cardio per session. It also places greater recovery demands on your body, which causes you to burn more calories after training than you would in a standard hour-long session.

WEDNESDAY 7-8pm – Legs, Bums & Tums
Tone up, slim down! This session isn’t just about toning, but balanced development of functional movers! Great for increased stability, balance and mobility too!

THURSDAY 7-8pm – Boost Circuits
HIIT it up with this fat destroying circuit session which is based both on and off the trampolines.

  • 7pm-8pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Important Information

  • Before your first session, all jumpers will need a pair of special BOOST ‘grip socks’ – available from reception or online and yours to keep for just £2.
  • All jumpers must wear Boost safety socks. If you’ve purchased Boost socks before, then you won’t need to buy them again. Please remember to bring them with you! (Please note – only Boost socks will be allowed at Boost).
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Before your first session, you’ll need to fill in a Liability Waiver for each jumper.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • All transactions and bookings made are subject to Boost Trampoline Parks (Leicester) Ltd standard Terms and Conditions.
  • Arrive Early – Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your jump slot. We get busy and you need to leave enough time to sign a liability waiver, change into your Boost socks and watch a safety video.
  • Book in Advance – It’s a great idea to book online in advance if you plan on visiting at weekends and during school holidays – we get busy at these times.
