BOOST BOUNCERS – Monday’s 7 pm-8 pm

Join us for this full-body workout. Are you looking to bounce yourself into a new bod? Or bring your fitness levels up? Or just trying to keep up with your little ones? This class is aimed at all stages of fitness and whilst the main focus is on bouncing, regressions are offered for beginners. A class like this typically burns around 800-1000 calories and you have fun at the same time, let’s get Jumpin’ Jumpin’

BOOST BOOTYS – Tuesday’s 8 pm-9 pm
Legs, tums and booties are the focal points of this class, whether you want to lose a little body fat or build a bit of muscle this class is ideal for you. Not like a traditional Legs, Bums and Tums class, we’re mixing a bouncing element to modernise this classic class so we have the ultimate level of fun whilst exercising. Beginners, athletes, everyone in the middle you’re all welcome. Fun and laughter are encouraged and pelvic floor will be worked!

BOOST BOXERS – Wednesday’s 8 pm-9 pm

We want to make you sweat! This class is great for strength training and cardio. We’ve combined the fun of boxing, with the fun of bouncing to achieve the ultimate workout! Don’t worry if you have no boxing or bouncing experience, all levels are welcome and our instructor’s goal is to work you whilst having fun! Boxing, bouncing and burning calories, bring it on!

BOOST BEATS – Thursday’s 7 pm-8 pm

As the nights get darker we like to turn the lights off, turn the music up and party! Equipped with handheld glow sticks, come along and join us for our firm favourite glow class. Based on the trampolines, work up a sweat whilst lighting up the sky. All levels of fitness welcome, all we need now is you and your Boost socks!

  • Before your first Boost Fitness session, all jumpers will need a pair of special BOOST ’grip socks’ – available from reception or online and yours to keep for just £2.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Before your first session, you’ll need to fill in a Waiver.
  • Arrive Early – Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your jump slot. We get busy and you need to leave enough time to sign a liability waiver, change into your Boost socks and watch a safety video.
  • Book in Advance – It’s a great idea to book online in advance as our fitness classes are very popular and will fill up quickly. Just click the link below!

My 9 year old and his dad had great fun, while i enjoyed a nice coffee in the cafe. Great atmosphere and not overcrowded… Great energy burner!
