As an ‘Experience maker,’ you will, organise the setup and carry out various activities and entertainment programs for our Mini Explore & Holiday club sessions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing and managing all the various children’s activities as part of our evolving under 4’s sessions & able to take ownership of this product to help to grow the success with support from the Product & Marketing Exec.
This will include but is not exclusive to:
Under 4’s storytime – Reading children’s books out loud to guests in a theatrical & exciting manner.
- Themed arts & crafts activities
- Setting up/tidying down & running of craft tables.
- Interacting with children & parents.
- On court games – Parachute games, songs & dancing with guests.
- Creating future session themes
- Researching storybooks & crafts which would be suitable for future sessions.
- Holiday club activities, checking in & out/supervising children.
- On court activities.
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to interact with both parents & children to provide added value & fun to their visit.
The ideal candidate would have experience working with young children and is highly motivated, resourceful & enthusiastic.
Sessions will be primarily Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 12 pm-4 pm during term times & Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm in school summer holidays.
Successful candidates will be asked to complete a Full DBS check & First Aid training.

Boost Trampoline Parks is looking for an ambitious General Manager who will take overall responsibility for the day to day running of our exciting & evolving leisure facility.
As an ideal candidate, you would be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You would have a proven record of overseeing operations, human resources, finance & communications.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to delegate responsibilities & collaborate across departments.
Experience in creating & monitoring risk assessments & dealing with First Aid situations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high profile ‘shop floor’ presence and a high level of interaction with staff and customers.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to any feedback from customers & team members, resolving any issues quickly & effectively in line with our company guidelines.
- To assist & guide all team members in their roles. Covering departments & breaks as required.
- To ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, and Places for People Safe Manual.
- To be responsible at all times for the security of the building and its contents.
- To identify and report maintenance requirements for equipment or premises. To liaise with the appropriate staff member and initiate repairs where necessary.
- To ensure the prompt preparation of all activity areas including the safe setting up, dismantling and storage of the equipment.
- To ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and site presentation including the surrounding outside areas.
- To carry out any general administrative duties that may be required.
- To assist in Reception if required.
- To check and sign for the delivery of goods/completion of services if required.
- To ensure any accidents to staff or customers are correctly recorded and appropriate First Aid administered.
- To record any serious incidents correctly and notify the appropriate persons immediately.
- To assist customers with any inquiries and conduct tours of the Centre if necessary.
- To supervise the work of all front-line operational staff, particularly the Court Monitors, Cafe Assistants and Cleaners, offering support and advice along the way.
- To be responsible for till floats and adequate charge provision, and if necessary the cashing up/reconciliatory of the Centres tills.
Salary: From £27,000.00 per year
